• Bedroom 1: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top)
• Bedroom 2: One twin bunk set and one separate twin bed
• Living Room: Two full-size futons and a couch
Unit 2 – Upstairs (Sleeps 7)
• Bedroom 1: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top)
• Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) and one twin bunk set
• Living Room: Full-size futon and reclining couch
Guest Amenities
• Shared bathhouse and laundry room with washer and dryer available for all guests
Rates & Policies
• $140 per night for two guests
• $20 per night for each additional guest
• Cleaning fee: $20 per unit
• Taxes: 13% total (7% WV Sales Tax + 6% Motel Tax)
• Children 12 and under (who don’t have a mustache) stay free
