Four efficiency-style units, each featuring a combined living room and kitchen area with a private bathroom. Units are ideal for riders, families, or small groups looking for convenience and comfort close to the trails.

Unit 1A – Sleeps 4
• Living room: Full-size futon and recliner
• Bedroom: One full bed and a set of twin bunks

Unit 1B – Sleeps 5
• Living room: Full-size futon and twin bed
• Bedroom: One twin bed and a set of twin bunks

Unit 2A – Sleeps 4 (Upstairs)
• Living room: Full-size futon and recliner
• Bedroom: One full bed and a set of twin bunks

Unit 2B – Sleeps 5 (Upstairs)
• Living room: Full-size futon and set of twin bunks
• Bedroom: Bunk bed with full on bottom, twin on top

Adjoining Option
Each pair of units on the same floor connects internally, allowing larger groups—such as ATV riders—to rent an entire level together.

Guest Amenities
All guests have access to a shared Bath House and Laundry Room with washer and dryer.

Rates & Policies
• $95 per night for two guests
• $20 per night for each additional guest
• Cleaning fee: $20 per unit
• Taxes: 13% total (7% WV Sales Tax + 6% Motel Tax)
• Children 12 and under (who don’t have a moustache) stay free
• Rates subject to change without notice
