• One full-size futon and recliner

• One twin bed and one full-size futon

Unit 5 – Sleeps 5
• Two twin beds
• One set of twin bunks
• One full-size futon

Unit 6 – Sleeps 6

Small Cabin (12′ x 18′) – Sleeps 3
• Located on the same property
• Includes one set of bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) and one full-size futon

Guest Amenities
• On-site washer and dryer for guest use
• ATV wash station with pressure washer (located behind The Depot, available to guests of either lodge)

Rates & Policies
• $95 per night for two guests
• $20 per night for each additional guest
• Cleaning fee: $20 per unit
• Taxes: 13% total (7% WV Sales Tax + 6% Motel Tax)
• Children 12 and under (who don’t have a mustache) stay free
• Rates subject to change without notice
